Joseph Daryl Sinclair, a.k.a. BlaZe has been setting fire to Winnipeg’s hip-hop scene for over a decade. Passionate about music and creatively fearless, BlaZe delivers banging music that is truly a product of his life and his struggles.

Aboriginal and proud, BlaZe has volunteered his time to inspire kids in Winnipeg to pursue music. Time after time, BlaZe has triumphed over the struggles of poverty, drugs and violence. He can hold his head high as a committed artist and community leader.

BlaZe has been:

• Winner: The U of W Bruno Award for “Best Hip-hop Rap Artist” (1996)

• 2-time Nominee: “Best Hip-hop Rap Artist“ in the Aboriginal Peoples Choice Music Awards (2009 & 2010)

He has also signed with TG Records as a Breakout Artist (2007).

BlaZe not only earned his status from Winnipeg‘s hip-hop community, but has been internationally recognized as a true contender.
